Overall it does the job and I’ve been pretty happy with it. It’s mounted to my Kubota M4-071. I’ve ground probably in the neighborhood of 200 stumps with it in the last year or so of mixed variety. One issue I run into often is the PTO shaft contacting the 3pt frame above it if you’re not on level ground. It’s tore up the shaft cover pretty good because of that. I’ve had one tooth that spun just seems like the pockets could be a touch deeper. Im pretty happy with it, defiantly will work your tractor if you let it! Top notch equipment - I have used this blower for 3 bad snow seasons now and it's fantastic. It's an excellent design, nice and heavy to help with traction, controls completely from my comfortable enclosed cab and shoots wet heavy snow about 30 feet. I'm extremely pleased with this blower and fully intend to use it for another 10 years - probably more. I work on mountain paved and gravel roads, tight driveways and steep grades, about the worst possible conditions and its a champ. I'm glad I went with the widest model too as I can cut into the sides of the snow back while driving forward with ease and not risk sliding into ditches. It took a little bit to get used to, but once I got comfortable with the machine it eats through trees like nothing else, I've seen. I have spent about 10 hours cutting now and made tremendous progress in a wooded area that is nothing but junk trees (half of them dead) and it starting to look like a park already. I got the carbide tips for the bottom which is working great. I hit a couple of rocks but have not seen any damage to the tips at all. I have a way to go yet, but so far, I'm very impressed with this machine. One more thing I would like to add: It states on the sticker for people to stay 300 feet away. This is very true, because when grinding trees, especially on the ground, I have seen large pieces being ejected as projectiles for a very long distance. In the cab you are safe but keep people away at least 300 feet. Another safety issue is when you shut the machine down, the disc keeps spinning for a very long time. It's tempting to exit the cab and move on to other things, but I decided I will stay in the cab until the disc stops. It takes quite some time (>5 minutes for sure), but you never know what could possibly happen if you exit the cab with the disc spinning. If you for some unplanned and unknown reason would get too close to the spinning disc, you will never be the same, lost limbs for sure. Waiting for the disc to stop spinning while you are safely in the cab is a good time to catch up on your TikTok videos, do some Facebooking, or just call your mom and chat for a while. A very well designed attachment , I use it for clearing brush and demolition work. It is very strong, well-made and indestructible for my little midsize machine. I wouldn’t think twice of buying another one if I ever needed a replacement. I had one from another company and it bent up during demolition. I love this grapple. It is very well built and performs perfectly. I upgraded from a land pride grapple that was very good, but I bent a few of the tines. I don’t think I could bend one of these if I tried. The salesman (Dave Rogenes) is also top notch. You can trust the company to stand behind what they tell you. I also have a pair of pallet forks made by Quick Attach that have been flawless. I have used this tree shear quite a bit, it is an upgrade from Quick Attach's smaller shear I used for about 4 years. The larger shear and the power rotation has been a game changer, making it much more efficient for what I use it for. I added extra protection for the solenoid hydraulic valve and wiring, to protect components from being damaged when I smash the tree shear into cedar trees that I cut. It is a well built machine that works really well for me. I have a couple vidoes that the system did not allow me to upload but I could share them if desired. Worked with John over the span of a few days! He answered every question I had and was even able to get confirmation from the engineering team on the compatibility of the Brush Thrasher with my JD 2032R. The ratings were very close and I knew I'd be a tad undersized! Needless to say, it works and the Thrasher is a beast! I have beat it up pretty good so far and have had zero issues. It has taken down trees in the 2-3 inch range with ease. Heavy duty is an understatement! Well worth the investment and will be around our property for a long time! Happy customer here! We finally got a good quantity of snow and the machine did a great job throwing it a good distance. No ice berms like the plow produces. The truck or ATV plows are much faster on small storms, but for a big storm it’s worth pitching the stuff out of the way. Not much snow 2024-2025, so my Bobcat & new blower sat waiting in the garage til March 6th! But it snowed and blew hard and I couldn't wait to see if everything was going to work on the hard packed heavy snowdrifts in my driveway! WAAAAAA! What fun it was actually MOVING the snow rather than pushing it! My Knees Thank You! The torture test video of this Summit Series blower is as entertaining... as it is true! Build quality on this blower is like a brick XXit house! I couldn't be happier with it! And Chris my sales dude went many extra miles to make delivery happen for me. So trust the Quick Attach crew to not only make rock solid equipment, but to take care of their customers as well! My little 1979 low-flow Bobcat 632 ... hadn't ran wide open throttle for decades. And I'd never ran it with any attachment like this before, so it was a learning curve keeping the auger spinning while keeping her moving forward! Had some minor hiccups in the first few minutes of run time. Wrong hyd coupler, loose hyd fittings, and lost a tooth. Works very well for removing Locus trees in and along the fields. If is use a shredder it spreads thorns that get in the rubber tires. Great option for trails and cleaning up. Pto shaft hits lower crossmember sometimes, carbide teeth rotate by themselves if not retorqued often. Tolerance on all pins need to be tighter needs different flow needle control valves, the ones that come with unit are worthless. All in all it's decent stumpgrinder.
