Quick Pack | Skid Steer Vibratory Packer

Smooth, Consistent Compaction Starts Here.

The Quick Attach Quick Pack Vibratory Roller is built for compacting soil, gravel, asphalt, and trench backfill with professional-quality results at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated ride-on roller.

Designed for skid steers, the Quick Pack features a unique free-floating drum with 30 degrees of oscillation, allowing the roller to follow ground contours for consistent, even compaction across the full width of the drum. Unlike rigid designs that transfer excessive vibration back into the machine and create uneven results, the Quick Pack maintains continuous surface contact for smoother operation and superior compaction.

Whether you're compacting gravel driveways, asphalt patches, trenches, building pads, or landscaping projects, the Quick Pack delivers dependable performance while operating in both forward and reverse. Its offset drum design allows operators to compact alongside curbs, sidewalks, and walls with ease. Choose a smooth drum for asphalt, gravel, and finished surfaces, or a padded-foot (sheepsfoot) drum for compacting cohesive soils and fill material. Available in 72-inch and 80-inch working widths.

Quick Pack Vibratory Roller FAQ

Answers to common questions about the Quick Pack vibratory roller compactor attachment.

What is the difference between a vibratory roller and a plate compactor?

A plate compactor is a flat vibrating plate that works in small, tight areas and is usually walk-behind. A skid steer vibratory roller like the Quick Pack is a rotating drum that mounts to your machine and compacts far more ground per pass. If you are compacting driveways, trenches, gravel lots, road patches, or building pads, the roller covers the area faster and gives a more even result. For small patches around fixtures, a plate compactor is the right tool.

Should I choose a smooth drum or a padded foot drum?

Choose a smooth drum for gravel, asphalt, and anywhere you want a clean, finished surface. Choose a padded foot drum, which is also called a sheepsfoot roller, for compacting fill dirt and cohesive soils, because the pads knead the material and compact it in layers rather than just pressing the top. The Quick Pack is available in both, in 72-inch and 80-inch widths.

Is a roller attachment as good as a dedicated ride-on roller?

For most soil, gravel, and asphalt patching work, yes, and it costs a fraction as much. You already own the machine; the Quick Pack turns it into a compactor. The free-floating drum gives 30 degrees of oscillation so it follows uneven ground, and the offset drum design lets you compact right up against sidewalks, walls, and curbs, which a ride-on roller cannot reach.

What hydraulic flow does the Quick Pack need, and will it fit my machine?

It runs on 11 to 22 GPM of hydraulic flow and mounts with a universal quick-attach plate, so it fits most major skid steer brands including Bobcat, John Deere, Case, Kubota, New Holland, and Caterpillar. Send us your machine's make and model and we will confirm the fit before you buy.

Can it compact in both directions?

Yes. The dual-direction vibration motor compacts while travelling forward or in reverse, so you are not wasting passes. Rubber isolation mounts keep the vibration in the drum instead of transferring it into the loader and the operator, and dual urethane scrapers keep the drum clean of mud and debris so compaction stays consistent.
